Movement-led somatic therapy and nervous system support for stress, trauma, overwhelm and emotional wellbeing.

Through body-based therapy, movement, therapeutic touch, and nervous system regulation, I support people to release held tension, regulate their system and reconnect with their body and lived experience.

This work is grounded in the understanding that the body holds experience - and that stress, trauma and emotional load are carried as a physiological pattern within the nervous system.

For those seeking, calm, connection and a more grounded relationship with themselves.

My Approach

I support people to come home to their bodies, to move, feel, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that long to be heard.

I combine an integration of somatic therapies and reflective practice to support regulation, expression and deeper awareness. This work is trauma informed, not only focused on understanding but what is felt.
