By utilising these techniques, I aim to help my clients establish a stronger connection with their bodies and discover unique ways to take control of their well-being, which can complement the support they are receiving from other practitioners.

Creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood is central to my work. I believe everyone deserves the chance to grow, heal, and rediscover trust in their own journey.

What lights me up the most is guiding my clients to feel empowered in their bodies and minds—confident, self-assured, and resilient as they step into their full potential.

My Approach

I am a trauma-informed therapist and movement facilitator, dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and emotions through integrative body-based somatic modalities.

Alongside my therapeutic work, I am also a soulful and evocative writer, weaving vivid storytelling to inspire connection, introspection and transformation. Whether through words or movement, my mission is to guide others towards empowerment and well-being.
