By utilising these techniques, I aim to help my clients establish a stronger connection with their bodies and discover unique ways to take control of their well-being, which can complement the support they are receiving from other practitioners.

Creating a safe and non-judgmental environment for my clients is a cornerstone of my practice, as I deeply value integrity and sincerity in my work.

It brings me immense joy to help my clients feel proud, capable, and strong in their bodies and minds.

Our Services

Dance Movement Therapy

Allows for the experience of full-body presence and unlocks our inner body wisdom by connecting body, mind and wellness. Re-organise your physiology, bring your body back to a place of remembrance.

Integrative Therapy

Whether you’re feeling anxious, struggling with difficult life transitions, burnout, or experiencing other forms of distress. I offer a holistic approach, which is deeply rooted in trauma-informed principles.

Massage Therapy

Bliss out, repair and relax with a massage. With a variety of options, from hot stone, remedial or deep tissue massage to alleviate pain and discomfort, muscle spasms and stress.

TRE: Trauma Release Exercises

TRE was developed by Dr David Berceli in the 1990s with the aim of helping people and communities release patterns and imprints of tension and trauma through inviting a natural neurogenic tremor initiated and guided by the body, allowing for a gentle gradual and eventually deep release of tension and trauma from our body mind system.
